Inspire Football Course – ages 5 to 8
Event Description
Designed and led by qualified and experienced coaches across grassroots and academy level football, who children may know from coaching in schools or Lincs Inspire holiday clubs.The aim is to help children fulfil their potential, but most importantly ensure they are engaged and happy as they learn the four pillars of the game: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological.
- Week 1: 1 v 1 (hide the ball)
- Week 2: 1 v 1 Attacking (beat the player)
- Week 3: 1 v 1 Defending
- Week 4: Passing and Receiving
- Week 5: 2 v 2 Attacking (when to keep or share the ball)
- Week 6: Shooting and Finishing
Children of all footballing abilities are welcome, both boys and girls.
