Event Description

A safe and friendly pregnancy fitness class for Mums to Be using resistance bands, body weight exercises, pelvic floor strengthening and pregnancy safe stretches.

There are many benefits of exercising during pregnancy. This class will help you to: 



    • Prepare for the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood

    • Meet likeminded new mums

    • Reduce aches and pains

    • Prepare for labour

    • Maintain a healthy weight

    • Boost your immune system

    • Keep stress hormones at bay




Please wear comfortable clothes, trainers and bring a water bottle.

This class is being run on a trial basis and offers a taster into a wider programme of prenatal and postnatal sessions being developed by Lincs Inspire Sports Development. We are keen to get your feedback on this class and other classes in the new programme and we hope you will join us.
