New Age Kurling (full capacity)
Event Description
New Age Kurling is a form of the original Curling game. It’s adapted so that it can be played indoors on smooth, flat surfaces. The sessions are low intensity and can easily be adapted for different ranges of mobility as needed.This session is part of our Active Seniors programme. We also run over 100 weekly exercise classes in our leisure centres, included in our leisure memberships.
