Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer services and the first point of contact for all customers wishing to use Lincs Inspire Limited’s facilities.
Key responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Provide a positive and professional first point of contact for all customers, contractors and suppliers visiting Lincs Inspires’ facilities across the borough.
- Maintain knowledge of the company and its full product range including activities at all venues, membership schemes and swim lesson packages.
- Assist and advise customers with advanced bookings for activities across all centres including swimming lessons.
- Required to work flexibly including evening, weekend and bank holiday requirements to meet the needs of the business which operates 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year.
Successful applicants must have excellent customer service skills, effective time management, knowledge of leisure, sports or entertainment sector and able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
