The Business and IP Centre (BIPC) Grimsby is part of the Humber partnership for the British Library Business & IP Centre national network.
We are the complete solution to your business information needs. We’ll support you from the first spark of inspiration to successfully starting and developing your business.
We offer

This service is available to aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups and more established SMEs in North East Lincolnshire.
Our base
Our main centre is in Grimsby Central Library. We also offer BIPC events and workshops within the Albert Room at Cleethorpes Library.
It’s not necessary to be a library member to attend any of our workshops or events. But if you’d like to access our online resources or use the services at a library you’ll need to be a member.
