Lincs Inspire are delighted to be hosting this fun and free event full of activities, taster sessions and information.
Meet and Greet
Local organisations have an abundance of exciting and fun activities planned to get everyone involved at the event. Come along and find out more from these fantastic community, voluntary and charitable organisations:

FREE Taster Sessions
10:30am to 11am – Senior Dance Prepare to leave feeling strong and empowered! Fun and easy-to-follow dance moves that are great for balance, fitness and coordination. Senior Dance is part of the Active Seniors programme from Lincs Inspire.
11.30am to 12 noon – Chair Based Yoga Low impact exercise well suited to a range of mobilities. Great for improving overall strength, fitness and flexibility.
12.30pm to 1pm – Chorus & A Cuppa Singalong to a medley of songs spanning the decades! Chorus & A Cuppa is part of the Active Seniors programme from Lincs Inspire.
FREE Wellness Hub Tours
The Wellness Hub on the ground floor of Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre brings therapy equipment and a relaxation studio to the heart of this much-loved facility.
It offers gentle forms of exercise, relaxation and socialising, using specialist power-assisted exercise equipment from Innerva.
Ideal for people living with or recovering from a range health problems.
