Thank you to everyone who attended our pilot programme of activities and sessions aimed at mums to be and new parents in September 2024. We are working on launching our new scheme – please check back for updates.

About the Programme

Lincs Inspire ran a pilot pre and postnatal programme in September 2024, supporting Mums to Be to stay healthy during pregnancy and beyond. New parents also enjoyed a host of postnatal social and fitness sessions with a Baby and Me programme.

Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Fitness

The team delivering the Mums to Be & Baby and Me programme is fully qualified to deliver pre and postnatal sessions. By undertaking the UK’s leading pre and postnatal fitness course, Bernie and Sarah have the knowledge, skills and confidence to work with pregnant women and those that have recently given birth.

Recommended Activity 

The Department of Health and Social Care recommend that pregnant and postnatal women should aim to accumulate 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity throughout the week and engage in strength training activities twice per week.
