Are you passionate about your fitness journey and the community at Lincs Inspire? We are looking for inspiring members to be part of our upcoming January campaign!

We’re looking to showcase individual members who utilise our centres, and we’d love to feature your unique story.

Whether you’re motivated by improving your health, achieving fitness goals, or simply enjoying an active lifestyle, your experiences could inspire others to start their own journeys.

We want to hear about your progress, the milestones you’ve reached, and how Lincs Inspire has played a part in your journey.

We’re inviting existing leisure members to participate in a film and photoshoot, where we’ll share your story featuring activities that are part of your routine—be it gym sessions, swimming, fitness classes, or any other activities you enjoy at our centres.

Your stories and footage will be integral to promoting Lincs Inspire in the New Year and beyond, including seasonal TV advertising, social media and online promotions.

To say thank you for your time, commitment to the campaign, and supporting our values, members featured in the campaign will receive a six-month membership* on us. Terms and conditions apply, please see below.

When does filming take place?

Filming will take place on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of October.

Six-month leisure membership on us: Selected members to feature in the campaign will receive a 6-month membership as our way of saying thank you for sharing your journey with us

  1. Eligibility:
    • Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of filming.
    • Must be a current member of Lincs Inspire leisure.
  2. Application Process:
    • Complete the expression of interest form on the Lincs Inspire website or via a member of staff in site.
    • If selected, members must complete a ClearCast  testimonial form.
  3. Selection Process:
    • Applications will be reviewed by Lincs Inspire.
    • The decision of the selection committee is final and binding.
  4. Selected Member Responsibilities:
    • Selected members agree to actively participate in Lincs Inspire’s promotions.
    • Members must commit to sharing their fitness journey and progress with Lincs Inspire.
    • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values and reputation of Lincs Inspire.
  5. Benefits:
    • Six-month leisure membership on us: Selected members to feature in the campaign will benefit from the following 6-months of their existing leisure membership being free as our way of saying thank you for sharing your journey with us.
    • The 6 month free leisure membership will commence post-filming.
    • The 6 month leisure membership is non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
    • Selected members will be featured in Lincs Inspire leisure marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional videos for seasonal TV advertising.
  6. Documentation and Publicity Rights:
    • By applying, applicants grant Lincs Inspire the right to use their name, likeness, and fitness journey documentation for promotional purposes.
    • Selected members agree to participate in photoshoots, video recordings, and interviews as requested by Lincs Inspire for promotional purposes.
  7. Term and Termination:
    • The use of promotional material is for an initial 12 months, starting in December 2024.
    • Promotional material may be used beyond this period. Members will be notified prior.
    • Lincs Inspire reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation at any time if they fail to fulfill their responsibilities or breach the terms and conditions.
  8. Data Protection:
    • Personal information collected during the application process will be used solely for the purpose of selecting members.
    • Lincs Inspire will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  9. Modification of Terms:
    • Lincs Inspire reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes posted on the Lincs Inspire website and selected members informed.
  10. Agreement:
    • By submitting the application form, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
