A wonderful display and tribute to women, ordinary and otherwise, who played their part in the success of the town and the community. Lovely to see so many truly inspirational women’s stories.

Wonderful to see how many of Grimsby’s women of courage are on display. They will have been part of the backbone of this town.

I loved the exhibition and can remember in particular Gladys Nuttall and the donkeys! There obviously had been a lot of work put into the displays
