Spring has arrived! There is no better time to turn a new page.
To celebrate the National Year of Reading, we’re inviting you to take part in our Spring Reading Bingo for adults, starting April 6th.
Whether you’re a life-long book lover or just rediscovering the joy of reading, this is your chance to explore new authors, new genres, and maybe even win a prize!
How It Works
Pick up a Spring Reading Bingo card from a Lincs Inspire Library and start reading!
Cards are available from 6th April.
If you’re not yet a library – sign up now.
Your bingo card includes 16 themed categories, designed to inspire variety and spark discovery. Categories include:
- Quick Read
- Female Author
- A Good Cover
- Sunny Book
- Holiday Destination
- …and many more!
How to Enter
Each completed line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) = 1 entry
Complete the full house (all 16 squares) = 5 entries
The more you read, the better your chances!
First Prize = £50 | Second Prize = £15 | Third Prize = £10

Terms & Conditions
- This prize draw is only open to ages 16 and over, who are members of Lincs Inspire Libraries and have signed up for Spring Reading Bingo.
- Only entrants who have completed one or more lines of the Summer Bingo card by June 26th are entered into the prize draw.
- One entry for each bingo line completed, or five entries for a full house.
- One borrowed and read book completes a bingo square – the same book cannot be used to complete multiple squares.
- One bingo card maximum per library customer.
- Enter by completing your Bingo card and handing it into a Lincs Inspire branch library by Friday 26th June.
- The winner will be chosen at random on July 6th 2026. The winner will be notified by email or telephone. The winner will be notified twice and if they do not respond within 7 days of the second email/phone call, then they will have forfeited the prize and another winner will be selected at random.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable.
- If you win the prize draw, you may be required to participate in publicity and photographs. By entering this challenge and the prize draw, you agree to this and to the publishing of your name on our website and in any other promotional materials.
- Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond our reasonable control and, accordingly, we may at our absolute discretion, vary or amend or cancel the prize draw, refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the terms and conditions, and you agree that we shall have no liability as a result thereof.
- Correspondence relating to the prize draw will not be entered into.
- We will own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all entries to the prize draw and in consideration of us allowing your entry to the prize draw, you hereby irrevocably and with full title guarantee assign to us all such rights.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
