Inspiring Lives
Get active and meet new friends at Inspiring Lives, a weekly inclusive activity session taking place at Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre every Wednesday, 9:30am to 11:30am. Activities include:
- Dance
- Arts & Crafts
- Adapted bikes
- Badminton
- Basketball
- Power-assisted exercise in the Wellness Hub
- Use of adapted gym equipment in the main gym
