Calmness, Colouring and a Cuppa
Event Description
Enjoy a relexaing colouring session to promote mindfulness. Be in the present and shut off the noise around you. This session can also help to relieve stress, calm the brain and help your body relax. Use it to enhance concentration and focus the mind.The class is designed to support members on our Active Forever wellbeing programmes or membership, but is open to everyone.

Cost
- Included in membership benefits for those on our Active Forever membership direct debit (i.e. no charge)
- A voucher can be used to attend the class for those on our Active Forever 12-week referral programme
- For everyone else - the class is £3 per person. Non members are very welcome.
