Seated Movement to Music
Event Description
A class that combines seated movement to music that helps with coordination, balance and strength. Uplifting music brings a great atmosphere and the class is seated throughout.The class is designed to support members on our Active Forever wellbeing programmes or membership, but is open to everyone.

Cost
- Included in membership benefits for those on our Active Forever membership direct debit (i.e. no charge)
- A voucher can be used to attend the class for those on our Active Forever 12-week referral programme
- For everyone else - the class is £3 per person. Non members are very welcome.
