Silent Book Club
Event Description
A book club with a twist!If you enjoy reading and the social aspects a book club offers, but are not interested in assigned reading, then our silent book club could be for you!
First part of the meeting is to socialise, get settled and have a cuppa if you like. Then the silence begins for an hour where everyone enjoys reading in a shared space. After that hour, you can socialise more, browse and borrow a book or head straight out the door!
All readers are welcome — paper books, ebooks or audiobooks, poetry or prose, fiction or non-fiction... it's bring your own book!
Silent Book Club takes place on the last Tuesday of the month in the Albert Room, Cleethorpes Library.
