Leisure System Changes
We’re upgrading our leisure management system in April.
This will result in some changes to our operations, for which we ask for your patience and support.
Changes include:
- A new online membership account area where you can manage your personal details, check payments and more.
- A new online / web-based booking system.
(For those who prefer to use the Lincs Inspire Leisure App to make bookings, you will be pleased to know this is staying, albeit with a few small changes.) - Improvements to the activities and benefits included in some of our memberships.
- A new and improved system that our colleagues will be using in the leisure centres, making membership enquiries so much easier to respond to.
More details will be available in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye on your emails, notices in our leisure centres, and the Lincs Inspire Leisure App. Customers will be required to take some action and we promise to provide guidance and help if needed.
We also ask for your patience and understanding as our colleagues get used to these new systems and changes. We’ll be in touch soon as we get closer to the switch, with some further details.
In the meantime – if there are any changes that you need to make to your Lincs Inspire account (such as updating your email, postal address, mobile number), please visit your online account, or ask at reception.
