Wellness Hub Guidance
- Please carry your membership card with you on each visit.
- Please wear appropriate fitness clothing (loose and comfortable) and suitable clean footwear (no sliders, sandals or flip flops).
- We advise against mobile phone use in the Wellness Hub – any usage is at your own risk.
- Please use the lockers provided for coats, bags and any personal belongings. We are not responsible for any valuables left in the Wellness Hub.
- If there are any issues with the equipment, please report them to a member of the fitness team.
- If you have any injuries or health concerns caused whilst exercising, please report them to a member of the fitness team.
- Please advise the team if your medical circumstances change.
- Please wait in the concourse seating area before the start of your hourly session, where a member of the team will greet you shortly before.
- Please do not eat or drink (including sweets or chewing gum), whilst using the chairs and recumbent exercise machines.
- Please do not advise others on using the equipment – a member of staff will be available at all times.
- Please wait for equipment to stop before getting off.
- Please do not keep keys in your pockets or war jeans with studs whilst using the exercise equipment.
- Please wear full length trousers and socks whilst using the recumbent exercise equipment.
- Please use each machine once only as part of the circuit of exercise.
- If you use chairs and recumbents one after the other, we advise using the chairs first, followed by the recumbents.
