The Police are now handling the matter as an ongoing investigation, and we are providing full support to the authorities and will continue to cooperate in every way we can.

While we are limited in what we can share due to the active nature of the investigation, we want to thank our team for their swift and professional response. Staff remain vigilant and we ask that if you have any concerns or information, please contact the police directly using their non-emergency number 101 quoting Log 456 of 16 September.

We would like to remind all customers that the use of mobile phones or any recording devices in changing rooms is strictly prohibited. We ask for your continued cooperation in respecting this rule.
