New Leisure System
We’re excited to share with you some changes that will be coming into our leisure centres, sports centres and sports development services from April 14th.
It all centres around a new leisure management system that will see changes and improvements to the systems we use in our facilities, along with the online systems our customers use.
These web pages will be updated in the coming weeks as:
- We prepare for the changes

…all in our best efforts to keep you fully informed.
This is a big change for us so we ask for your patience and understanding as our colleagues get used to these new systems and changes in the coming weeks.
We will be here to support you through the changes as well and ask that you browse the information below for all the exciting developments afoot.
Help and Support
Members who book online will be required to take action from 14th April to re-set their password.
Our teams in the leisure centres are here to support you through the changes.
From Tuesday, April 14th, when you can make bookings online for the following week, please let us know if you are struggling.

Transfer of Customer Data
Members’ data will be transferred securely to the new system.
The following members’ data will be transferred:
- All Direct Debit paying members, including Swim Lesson customers
- All Annual leisure members
- Pay-as-you-go customers who have booked an activity, attended a class or used one of our gyms on or after 1st October 2025
We want to reassure you that your data is being handled with the highest level of care during our system transition.
Your information will be transferred using secure, encrypted methods that are designed to protect it at every stage. We are following strict data protection standards and best practices to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security throughout the process.
Access to your data is tightly controlled, and only authorised personnel are involved in the transfer. We are also conducting thorough testing and monitoring to ensure everything moves safely and accurately.
Protecting your information is a top priority for us, and we are committed to maintaining your trust every step of the way.
Direct Debit Leisure Members
The new leisure system will be used to securely manage all monthly membership collections, ensuring payments are taken automatically and on time.
Please be assured this change will not affect the service you receive in any way, and you do not need to take any action to continue receiving the benefits of Direct Debit. There is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit Instruction. Your Direct Debit reference will continue to show as LINCS INSPIRE LTD. You will continue to enjoy the full benefits of the Direct Debit Guarantee.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Lincs Inspire Limited will notify you within 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Lincs Inspire Limited to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Lincs Inspire Limited or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Lincs Inspire Limited asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building or society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
The first Direct Debit collection using our new management system will be 1st May.
Direct Debit collections will continue to be collected on the 1st of the month, unless the 1st falls on a weekend or a bank holiday.
If for any reason you are unable to make your membership payment on the first of the month, under the new system, your access to use facilities and book activities will be suspended.
We will contact you to let you know if your payment has failed and request payment of the outstanding amount. This can also be paid via your online account or at one of our leisure sites between the 4th and 20th of the month. Once payment is made, this will restore use of our leisure facilities. If payment isn’t received by this date, your membership will be cancelled, and we will inform you via email. You are welcome to re-join, however please note that joining fees will be applicable once again.
When are the changes happening?
The new system will be in use in our leisure centres from Tuesday, April 21st. Please do consider this if you are visiting the centres on this day or soon after. Our staff will be working very hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your patience and understanding will be much appreciated.
Although the system is being implemented on this day, you will be able to make online bookings one-week early in the new system.
Online Bookings
The new system will be available for customers to make bookings online on Tuesday 14th April, for activities from Tuesday 21st April.
In-site Bookings
For customers who don’t book their sessions online, we will only be able to make bookings in-site on your behalf from Tuesday, April 21st. We are sorry if this causes some delay with your booking this week. However, we will be happy to support you with your online account, so you can make online bookings in advance.
Passwords
Password Change Required
If your details have been transferred to the new system, it is important that you update your password when the new system goes live. This means you will be able to:
- Log-in to your website account area to view your membership details and payment information
- Continue to make bookings via the new website booking system
- Continue to make bookings using the App
When the new system goes live, we will share the password re-set link here, emails will also be sent and there will be links on our App prompting you to act. There will also be posters in site to encourage you to do this.
Passwords require: one upper case, one lower case, one special character, one digit and be a minimum length of 8.
Whilst a password re-set is required, once this is done, the login details will continue to be the same for both our website online account area AND the Lincs Inspire Leisure App.
Password Reset. Will This Affect Me?
Please note! Not all members will be moved into our new leisure system. Only those members who are moved into the new system will be required to re-set their password. These are:
- All Direct Debit paying members, including Swim Lesson customers
- All Annual leisure members
- Pay-as-you-go customers who have booked an activity, attended a class or used one of our gyms on or after 1st October 2025
If you are a pay-as-you-go customer and haven’t visited us recently, when the new system goes live on 14th April, you can very easily set-up a new account in our new system by making your very first booking.
Once this is done you can make bookings using both our new website booking system, or the Leisure App.
Lincs Inspire Leisure App
The Lincs Inspire Leisure App is staying. Customers can continue to check timetables and make bookings via this method.
The App will continue to be the most straight forward, and quickest way of making bookings.
There will only be some minor changes to the App because of the system change.
Your existing password will however need re-setting. There will be links on the App asking you to do this when needed (From 14th April).
Linking Members
The new system allows customers to link family members in their online account so that you can manage household bookings in one place without switching accounts.
Primary members can link others by adding contacts to their profile, then using the ‘Book for Others’ option during checkout.
More details will be available regarding this new service soon.
Active Seniors
Customers who attend our Active Seniors sessions, led by Lincs Inspire Sports Development, will be required to book their activities using our new booking system, from 14th April for activities from 21st April. Bookings can be made via the Lincs Inspire Leisure App, the website and via our Call Centre.
We appreciate that only relatively recently you have been requested to book these activities via a different online system, however, we feel there are many benefits for bringing these sessions into our overall leisure management booking system.
Once we go live in the new system:
- 50% Discount – Active Seniors customers who have a Lincs Inspire Adult Health & Fitness Leisure Membership* will receive 50% off the price of our community and leisure based Active Seniors Classes – making them £2.50 per session.
We will be supporting customers with the new system to ensure a smooth transition. The following drop-in sessions for our Active Seniors customers are being held to support you:
- Monday 13th April, 10:30am to 12:30pm at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre
- Wednesday 15th April, 10:30am to 11:30am at Bradley Football Development Centre
- Wednesday 15th April, 2:30pm to 3:30pm at Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre
- Friday 17th April, 10:30am to 11:30am at Bradley Football Development Centre
- Friday 17th April, 12:30pm to 1:00pm at Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre

Membership Changes
Adult Health & Fitness Members
When we are live in the new system, customers of the memberships listed below (both Direct Debit and Annual) will continue to receive their existing privileges, along with these additional benefits:
- 50% discount off court hire (Badminton, Table Tennis and Pickleball)
- 50% discount off Active Seniors Classes
- 50% discount off Over 50s Badminton at Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre
- Use of our Wellness Hub, subject to GP Referral / Health Improvement team consultation, induction required.

Junior Memberships and Family Memberships
The following memberships will no longer be available for new customers:
- Junior Membership £22.50
- Mini Active Membership £13.50
- Family Fitness £72.00
Customers on these memberships will continue to enjoy their existing benefits once we move into the new system.
New Junior Membership and Family Options
When the new system goes live, we will be offering a new “Junior Ignite Fitness” membership for children aged 0 to 15. This membership will come with additional benefits in addition to swimming, based on a child’s age. Examples include:
- Little Lincs sessions (Play, Splash & Play and Football) – for children aged 0-4
- Junior Badminton – for children aged 6 plus
- Fencing – for children aged 8 years plus
- Discounts on our Sports Development led supervised holiday activities and courses – for children aged 5 to 12
- Gym – for children aged 11 plus (accompanied sessions also available at set times)
- Some exercise classes – for children aged 13 plus
- £1 Aqua Disco, Roller Disco and Family Skate – for all
These new Junior Ignite memberships will be £23 per month, or £18 if added onto an Adult Health and Fitness Membership at £39 per month, or a Couples membership at £75 per month.
Once the new system goes live, if you are interested in this new membership, please ask at reception. New members can also sign up using our memberships page.
Couples Membership
We are also introducing a new Couples membership, once the new system goes live.
This will be priced at £75 for two adults. A Junior Ignite membership can also be bolted onto the Couples Membership at £18 direct debit, per person per month.
