Our specialist Wellness Hub on the ground floor of the Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre has one of the largest power-assisted exercise studios in the country. Awarded a Centre of Excellence we bring therapy equipment and a relaxation studio to the heart of this much-loved facility.

About Power Assisted Exercise
We help hundreds of people each week keep active using our seated and recumbent power assisted exercise equipment. Many of our members have health conditions and they may have never used a typical ‘gym’.

Who is it for?
The power-assisted exercise equipment from Innerva is ideal for people who are:
- Living with long term health problems, such as dementia, MS, Parkinson’s, arthritis, osteoporosis, long-covid or joint problems
- Recovering or have recovered from health problems, such as cancer or a stroke
- Rehabilitating from more short term injuries, such as a fall or sports injury
- Preparing for surgery
- Not used to regular exercise and looking for a gentle introduction into activity
Innerva power-assisted equipment has a weight restriction of 150kg.

To qualify for this membership you must have undergone a health assessment by our wellbeing team. Available to 16 years and over.
Pay as you go
£7.20 per session with an £11.80 induction charge.
