Sauna and Steam Rooms

We kindly ask that users of the sauna and steam room at all our sites observe the following rules and etiquette when using the facilities:

• The minimum age to use these facilities is 16 years.
• Entry is only permitted during the publicised opening times.
• Please read the usage guides fully (situated near the sauna and steam room entrances) for the separate services before use.
• Attention should be paid to the specific health warnings of each service.
• Swimming costumes or shorts must be worn at all times.
• Changing MUST take place in the designated changing areas.
• Shaving, hair dye, sharp objects and oils are not permitted.
• Please do not add oils or sprays onto the sauna heating elements.
• No food or alcohol should be consumed within the sauna or steam rooms.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be permitted entry.
• Smoking, E-Cigarettes or Vapes are not permitted.
• The use of photographic equipment is not permitted.
• Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, inclusive of foul language.
• Users should keep voices low to respect other users desire for a quiet space.
• Under no circumstances should clothing be left in the sauna to dry.

At Cleethorpes Leisure Centre:

• Exercising of any description is not permitted within the Health Suite area.
• Any customers using both the Health Suite and the pool should ensure they are fully dried, and wearing suitable footwear when moving between the two areas.
• The Fire Exit is for emergency exit use only.
