Pre and post-natal activities

Our pre-natal and post-natal activity sessions are friendly and relaxed activities, designed to help mums-to-be or new mums stay active in these important stages of their lives.

Many more activities are coming soon, but we welcome you to join us on Wednesdays for our post-natal sessions where you and your baby, or toddler, are very welcome. Term-time only. Next sessions take place on 26th February.

Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Fitness

The team delivering these sessions have undertaken the UK’s leading pre and postnatal fitness course, Bernie and Sarah have the knowledge, skills and confidence to work with pregnant women and those that have recently given birth.

Recommended Activity 

The Department of Health and Social Care recommend that pregnant and postnatal women should aim to accumulate 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity throughout the week and engage in strength training activities twice per week.
