Event Description

A relaxed form of exercise that allows the use of slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.

Tai Chi is available as part of our Active Seniors exercise programme. We also run over 100 weekly exercise classes in our leisure centres, included in our leisure memberships.
