Wellbeing Chapter

The Wellbeing Chapter is an Arts Council-funded programme delivered through our libraries, supporting wellbeing through creativity, movement, reading and community connection.

The programme offers a range of welcoming and accessible activities, including music, gentle movement, shared reading, local history walks and wellbeing support sessions. Activities are designed to help people improve their wellbeing, build confidence, stay socially connected and make positive lifestyle choices in a relaxed and supported environment.

Wellbeing Chapter is suitable for anyone looking to become more active, connected and engaged within their community, including people experiencing low wellbeing or ongoing health conditions.

Most sessions are free to attend, giving you the opportunity to explore different activities and find what works best for you.
