Exciting changes are coming to Lincs Inspire Libraries
We have launched a brand-new library management system to improve the experience for customers and staff.
New system - LIVE
The new system makes it easier to access services and helps our teams provide better support. It also creates new opportunities to work more closely with other local authorities. The system supports customers with:
- Issuing, returning and renewing books
- The library catalogue, reservations and payments
- Information about events, activities and volunteering opportunities
- A new mobile App, which will be free to download and act as your digital library card with new great features including personalised book recommendations
Online Account
There has been a short delay to the customer log-in area. Please check back on Tuesday 14th July for an update.

Don’t worry about overdue loans
Fines for overdue loans won’t be charged from 5th July until the new system is up and running fully.
eBooks and eAudio Books
eBooks and eAudiobooks are unaffected – more information about these services.
