Following the success of last year’s Wellbeing Fayre, Lincs Inspire are delighted to be hosting this fun and free event once again, full of activities, taster sessions and information from some fantastic organisations.

The Wellness Hub on the ground floor of Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre brings therapy equipment and a relaxation studio to the heart of this much-loved facility.
It offers gentle forms of exercise, relaxation and socialising, using specialist power-assisted exercise equipment from Innerva.
Ideal for people living with or recovering from a range health problems.
