Health Check-in
Event Description
Health Check-ins offer simple health checks including BMI and blood pressure readings, alongside information and resources on healthy eating and movement. The sessions provide a supportive way to learn more about your wellbeing and explore small, positive lifestyle changes.Health Check-ins take place monthly on the second Wednesday of the month (10:30am to 12 noon).
