Event Description
Cleethorpes Library opens its doors for a free wellbeing morning on Mental Health Day.This is a chance to try three of the library’s much-loved weekly activities in a relaxed, welcoming setting. They are all part of The Wellbeing Chapter, a project funded by Arts Council England and run by Lincs Inspire Libraries across North East Lincolnshire. There is no experience needed and no pressure. Just come as you are.
Here’s what you can expect:
Mindfulness - A gentle guided practice that can help people develop tools to calm the mind and manage stress.
Rhythm and Resistance - An easy-to-follow movement session set to music, designed to be accessible and suitable for all abilities.
Singing for Wellbeing - An uplifting group activity that uses singing to support mood, confidence and social connection.
