Event Description
Move and groove is a fun, 45 minutes chair-based dance class designed to get you moving!Raise your heart rate, improve coordination, balance, and strength, all while enjoying great music, boosting your mood and having fun.
Cost
- Included in membership benefits for those on our Active Forever membership direct debit (i.e. no charge)
- A voucher can be used to attend the class for those on our Active Forever 12-week referral programme
- For everyone else - the class is £3 per person. Non members are very welcome.
