Evergreens is a fun exercise session for everyone! With low impact exercises designed to let you work at your own pace. Ideal to get you moving and enjoying exercise!Cost
- Included in membership benefits for those on our Active Forever membership direct debit (i.e. no charge)
- A voucher can be used to attend the class for those on our Active Forever 12-week referral programme
- For everyone else - the class is £3 per person. Non members are very welcome.
