Event Description
Is a gentle, mainly chair based 45 minute class designed to improve posture, alignment and overall movement. Ideal for those recovering from injuries or looking to move more efficiently. The class focusses on restoring muscle balance, improving mobility, building strength, and increasing body awareness to help you move with greater confidence and ease!Cost
- Included in membership benefits for those on our Active Forever membership direct debit (i.e. no charge)
- A voucher can be used to attend the class for those on our Active Forever 12-week referral programme
- For everyone else - the class is £3 per person. Non members are very welcome.
