Let’s Dance – a national campaign on 2nd March – aims to get the whole nation dancing!
We have some great weekly dance sessions across our venues to inspire you to embrace dance.
Why Dance?
Dance is a great way to improve your health, connect with others, and have fun!
The Let’s Dance campaign is founded by Angela Rippon CBE. The mission is to get more people dancing together, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.
Dance is more than just movement – it transforms lives!
Take a look at our weekly dance sessions below. We have something for everyone regardless of age, ability or fitness levels. You are welcome to JOIN IN and DANCE!
Dance Fitness
As part of our group fitness exercise programme across our leisure centres, many of our classes are danced based. Come and give them a try and enjoy a dance-based fitness class!
Evergreens – Mondays at 2pm
Zumba – Tuesdays at 9:30am and Fridays at 10:30am
Clubbercise – Tuesdays at 9pm
Salsa Aerobics – Thursdays at 10:30am and 6:30pm
The Jungle Body – Jagua – Fridays at 6pm
Zumba – Tuesdays at 9:30am and 6pm
Forever Fit – Tuesdays at 1:30pm
The Jungle Body – Jagua – Wednesdays at 6:05pm
Evergreens – Mondays at 4pm
Zumba – Mondays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 2pm
