Hayley and Joss reach a milestone of instructing 100 online classes this month, giving members a huge choice of fitness classes to enjoy anytime, anywhere!
What are Online Classes?
The 100 cardio, conditioning and mindfulness classes are no more than 20-minutes in length, with new classes being added to the Lincs Inspire Leisure app, weekly.
The short workouts are designed to suit everyone’s schedule with something to appeal to all abilities and individual fitness goals.
Joss Varley, Fitness Supervisor, said: “Whether you’re looking for a yoga, abs workout or cardio class, there’s a great choice available via our On Demand library.
“Short classes are ideal if you have limited time, but they can be combined for an all-body workout if you have longer.”
We’ve been keeping a close eye on what classes our members have been watching over the last year, so we’ll be recording more of the most popular, along with including something new for our members.

What to look out for
In the coming weeks and months, members will see the following new classes…
- Tai Chi by Justin
- Hip Mobility
- Pilates for Back Health
- Desk-based Stretching
- A session for all the family, available over the Christmas holidays
Hayley and Joss will also be recording more of the popular wellbeing classes such as Back Care Yoga, Stretch & Relax and Yogalates. Along with the favourite cardio and conditioning classes such as Zumba, Legs Bums and Tums and Abs.
Joining in at home
Virtual classes are freely available to monthly subscription members via the Lincs Inspire Leisure App. If fitness classes are included as part of a monthly membership benefit, then the online classes can be viewed using a valid App log-in.
New classes are shown live each week. They are then added to the On Demand library for members to repeat in their own time. Classes can be cast to a TV or laptop.
Over 1,000 members have taken part in over 7,000 viewed online classes over two years.
